In the last six months, Professor James Lutz (political science) and Brenda Lutz have been busy. They jointly published the book Globalization and the Economic Consequences of Terrorism in 2017. The book focuses on the effects of economic, social, and political disruptions that are a consequence of globalization. The authors pay special attention to how developing a globalized economy can increase levels of terrorism.
The Lutzs also gave numerous presentations on the globalization of China in October 2016. They presented a paper, “The Effects of Globalization on China,” at the Hebei Academy of Social Sciences, Shijiazhuang, China, and also met with members of the professional staff at the Hebei Academy. The Lutzs also made a presentation on “The Effects of Globalization on China,” at Hebei Geoscience University.
